Free Courses

AISB Academy provides its educational courses free of charge unless otherwise clearly stated.

No payment is required to access courses identified as free.

Certification Examination Fees

AISB Academy may charge a fee for optional certification examinations and related certification services.

ALL CERTIFICATION EXAMINATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

By purchasing a certification examination, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is final and no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law.

Failing an Examination

Payment of an examination fee does not guarantee a passing score or certification.

A participant who does not achieve the required passing score is not entitled to a refund.

Any opportunity to retake an examination, including applicable waiting periods or additional fees, will be governed by the certification rules displayed for that examination.

Failure to Complete an Examination

No refund will be issued because a participant:

Changes their mind
Decides not to take the examination
Fails to complete the examination
Does not achieve the required passing score
Does not use the purchased examination
No longer needs or wants the certification
Does not have the necessary computer, internet connection, software, or equipment
Misunderstands the nature or purpose of AISB Academy certification

Participants are responsible for reviewing the course, certification requirements, examination information, and this Refund Policy before purchasing an examination.

Certification Status

AISB Academy certifications are private educational credentials issued by AISB Academy.

They are not academic degrees, government certifications, professional licenses, occupational licenses, or credentials issued or endorsed by a government agency or accredited college or university.

A participant's misunderstanding regarding the nature of an AISB Academy certification does not constitute grounds for a refund when the nature of the certification was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Examination Rule Violations

No refund will be provided when an examination, score, certificate, or certification is canceled, denied, suspended, or revoked because of:

Cheating
Fraud
Impersonation
Unauthorized assistance
Sharing examination questions or answers
Falsifying information
Misuse of AISB Academy certificates or badges
Violation of AISB Academy's Terms of Use or examination rules

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a billing error occurred, contact AISB Academy promptly.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be corrected as appropriate.

AISB Academy Cancellation

If AISB Academy is unable to provide a paid examination that you purchased and cannot provide a reasonable replacement or alternative, AISB Academy may issue a refund or other appropriate remedy.

This does not affect any rights you may have where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment for an AISB Academy certification examination or other paid service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy.

Please make sure you are ready to take the examination before purchasing. All sales are final and certification examination fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
