Welcome to AISB Academy. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AISB Academy website, educational courses, training materials, certification examinations, certificates, digital badges, resources, and related services.

By accessing or using AISB Academy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About AISB Academy

AISB Academy provides educational information and training concerning artificial intelligence and its practical applications for small businesses and professionals.

AISB Academy may provide free educational courses as well as optional paid certification examinations, certificates, and other services.

Access to a free course does not require the purchase of certification unless otherwise clearly stated.

2. Educational Purposes Only

AISB Academy courses and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by AISB Academy constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, cybersecurity, investment, or other professional advice.

Business owners and professionals remain responsible for determining whether particular AI tools, strategies, recommendations, or practices are appropriate for their businesses.

3. No Guarantee of Business Results

AISB Academy does not guarantee that participation in a course, use of artificial intelligence, or obtaining an AISB Academy certification will result in increased revenue, customers, leads, sales, profits, productivity, or other business results.

Results depend upon numerous factors outside the control of AISB Academy.

4. Free Courses

AISB Academy may provide certain educational courses and resources at no charge.

The availability, content, structure, format, and duration of free courses may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Offering a course free of charge does not transfer ownership of the course materials to the user.

5. Certification Examinations

AISB Academy may offer optional paid certification examinations associated with certain courses.

Before purchasing an examination, users will be provided with applicable information regarding the examination fee, passing requirements, attempts or retakes, and other relevant certification requirements.

Payment for a certification examination does not guarantee that the participant will pass the examination or receive certification.

Participants are responsible for preparing for and successfully completing the applicable examination.

6. Certification Requirements

To receive an AISB Academy certification, participants must satisfy the requirements established for that certification.

Requirements may include:

AISB Academy reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke certification in cases involving fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

7. Nature of AISB Certification

AISB Academy certifications are private educational credentials issued by AISB Academy.

AISB Academy certification does not constitute:

Certification indicates only that the recipient satisfied the requirements established by AISB Academy for the applicable certification.

8. Examination Integrity

Participants may not cheat, obtain unauthorized assistance, impersonate another participant, allow another person to complete an examination on their behalf, or otherwise compromise the integrity of an AISB Academy examination.

Participants may not reproduce, photograph, record, copy, distribute, publish, sell, post online, or disclose examination questions or answers without written permission from AISB Academy.

Violations may result in examination cancellation, loss of fees, denial or revocation of certification, and restriction from future certification programs.

9. Certificates and Digital Badges

Individuals who successfully satisfy applicable certification requirements may receive a certificate, digital badge, or other credential from AISB Academy.

Certificates and badges may only be used by the individual or business to whom they were legitimately issued.

Certificates, badges, examination results, names, dates, identification numbers, or other credential information may not be altered or falsified.

AISB Academy may revoke a certificate or badge that was obtained through fraud, cheating, misrepresentation, or other violation of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AISB Academy owns or licenses the website content and original materials made available through its services, including:

Users may access AISB Academy materials for their own personal or internal business education.

Users should exercise particular caution when AI is used for legal, financial, medical, safety-related, employment, privacy, or other sensitive matters.

References to third-party products do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

AISB Academy does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policies, performance, or actions.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

AISB Academy may occasionally receive commissions or other compensation when users purchase products or services through certain links.

When applicable, material affiliate or sponsorship relationships will be disclosed.

Refund eligibility is governed by the AISB Academy Refund and Certification Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Continued use of AISB Academy after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding concerning these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Leon County, Florida, unless applicable law requires another venue.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
